Fiksly helps people in Prague find a pro for small home jobs. This page explains what data we process, why, and what your rights are.

Who processes the data

The controller is the operator of the Fiksly service. Contact: borysenko.alexander@gmail.com.

What we process

Account: name, email and profile data from Google sign-in, a phone number if provided, your language.

Orders: job description, photos, district, exact address (a pro sees it only after you choose them), timing and budget.

Pro profile: name, Telegram, trades, districts, rates, work photos, ratings.

Communication: proposals, chat messages and reviews.

Technical data: records of how the service is used (pages viewed, actions, campaign parameters such as utm_* or gclid) linked to the account, and IP addresses in security logs.

Why, and on what basis

To provide the service — connecting clients and pros (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

For security, abuse prevention and improving the service (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share it with

The chosen pro or client, as far as the job requires. We do not sell data.

Processors that help us run the service: Google (sign-in), Cloudflare (website delivery and storage), a server provider in the EU (Lithuania).

Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: sign-in (session), your language and Google sign-in protection. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account exists. After the account is deleted we remove the data; backups are overwritten within 14 days. Records needed to protect our rights may be kept as long as necessary.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Write to borysenko.alexander@gmail.com.

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
